November 20 through November 26 was the first week of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. I started off strong, but then I flounder a bit towards the end of the week.
Nov. 20 10.5 mile run, 40 min. of abs, stretching & push ups, & all my fruits & veggies (13.5)
Nov. 21 3 miles run & walk, 1 hour kettlebells & abs, & all my fruit veggies (7)
Nov. 22 2 mile walk, 1 hour abs, weight lifting, stretching, & all my fruit & veggies (6)
Nov. 23 3.5 miles, 45 min. of abs, kettlbells, push ups & stretching, & all my fruit & veggies (7)
Nov. 24 all my fruits and veggies (1)
Nov. 25 4 miles of run & hike, 20 min. abs & stretching, & fruits & veggies (6)
Nov. 26 1 mile walk, & fruit & veggies (2)
